• Bookings are confirmed only after receiving 50% payment for a trip.
• Full payment should be clear 45 days before the journey date.
• Wander Divas reserves the right to cancel your booking if payment deadlines are not met, and this will be automatically considered as cancelled.
• Extra Person/Child more than 7 years will be accommodated on a chargeable basis.
• Children more than 10 years old will be treated as adult (full charges).

Note: For Air Ticket Reservation - Full amount of air ticket at the time of booking.

• Full payment must be completed 30days before the trip.
• Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other approved methods listed on our website.
• Prices are based on current rates of accommodation, transportation, and other services at the time of publication.
• In the event of a price revision due to fuel cost, taxes, or exchange rate fluctuations, Wander Divas reserves the right to modify the trip cost accordingly. 

1. Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
2. The refund amount will depend on the number of days before the trip start date:
3. 30+ days: 80% refund
4. 15–29 days: 50% refund
5. 7–14 days: 25% refund
6. Less than 7 days or No-show: No refund

3. Substitute similar hotels or transport options without prior notice when necessary. All efforts will be made to ensure minimal disruption and equivalent quality of services.

1. Domestic Travel(Within India)

For all domestic trips, you must carry:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar card, PAN card, voter ID, or passport).
• Booking confirmation received from Wander Divas (digital or printed).
• Any medical certificates or fitness documents if required for specific activities such as trekking, adventure sports, or wellness retreats.
• Covid Certificate Mandatory (in case some places, if required)

Note: Certain regions may have local entry passes or permits (e.g., hill stations, wildlife reserves). Wander Divas will assist you with the necessary information and arrangements if applicable.

2. International Travel

For all international trips, travellers must ensure:

• A valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity from the travel date.
• Applicable visa(s) for the destination country.
• Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and baggage loss (recommended for all travellers).
• COVID-19 or other vaccination records if required by destination authorities.

Important: Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective consulate or embassy. Wander Divas provides visa assistance services, but cannot guarantee approvals.

3. Compliance and Legal Responsibility

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their personal and travel details.
• All bookings must comply with local laws, customs regulations, and immigration requirements.
• Wander Divas will not be held liable for denial of entry, expired documents, or failure to meet government regulations.
• Participants must comply with the safety instructions, itinerary guidelines, and travel policies shared before departure.

4. Insurance & Liability

We strongly recommend that every traveller purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
